Default Assisted Living in Albany, Schenectady, Saratoga Counties
We are currently looking for an assisted living facility for my 95 yo grandmother. Grandma is both physically and mentally healthy for 95, but just cannot live alone any longer. I know that there must be a source or listing of facilities, but we cannot seem to find anything very helpful. Grandma can afford approx. $2500-2700 per month. Any suggestions for locating facilities would be appreciated.

Wynwood (formerly Alterra) on Union St. on upper Union St. in Niskayuna (Sch'dy Co.) is nice looking. It's also convenient to shops, restaurants. It's also nice because I know schools and other groups of children visit there and do activities w/the seniors.
