Default Granville

North of the Capital District there is a town on the VT border, not too far from Glens Falls, NY called Granville. Seems like a decent place for a vacation home or summer retreat, maybe 30 minutes from Lake George. Any opinions about the area? How about investment potential?

Not a bad area to get a lot of house for good prices.
Not someplace I think of as having a lot of investment value.

Depends on what you are referring to as 'investment' , of course.
