Default Electric Bill
We have a approx 900 sq. foot house and just got a bill for 2 mo. for $350.00. We have not run our a/c all summer, turn off light (for the most part, kids) when not in the room, and all the normal stuff. My husband is flipping out.

I understand the cost has gone up (not our paychecks to cover all the increases), but it's a small house. Can someone tell me if this is unreasonable. What is the average you are paying for sq footage?

MY house is 1400 sq feet and I voluntarily pay a bit extra for wind energy. My last bill was about $180 for a month. We have air conditioners on all the time.

2000 sq ft. a/c on $200 month.
