Default Gleen falls / saratoga areas

Hi

My wife thought she read a blog about Gleen Falls / saratoga/ lake luzerne that said they are not very kid friendly. She read they are more for the hernit type. Is this true?

Does anyone know how to find out about the id population? We have 2 children and settling in a place that isnt kid friendly is a no go.

One of the reasons we choose the Saratoga area is the people are extremely friendly and helpful. We haven't found any indication that people are not kid friendly in this area. We have friends in Glen Falls and haven't seen any negativity toward kids. Not sure where you got your information, but I would highly recommend the area, especially Schuylerville school district which is excellent.

Is there a place to find out about the sports activities in and around these places? Not school things, outside of school. Summer and winter activities for kids?

Nate you need to do some research on an area you are specifically interested in. You can get some answers from people here but you are asking general questions. There may be a lot to do in one area and nothing to do in another, so let us know the area you are talking about.
