we are attend to relocate from israel to Albany area with our two little boys (3 y and 10 m).
my husbent ment to work in Hudson. i will glad to know few things before we are comming: 1) 72,000$ for a year (before tax + 600$ for house rent) is this a reasonable income to couple with 2 kids? (include- good place to live, food, 1 kindergarten, 2 cars, hosehold and... all the usual things of living...). 2) does Hudson is a nice place to live in? is Albany much expensive then Hudson? what abut Greenport?

Albany is generally cheaper than Hudson, but it's about 45 minutes away, so a commute would be necessary.
$72K/yr is doable for a young family of four in this area in my opinion.

Judging from the original post, which indicated a rental allowance of $600 (I assume monthly), property taxes shouldn't be a concern since the OP sounds like she will be renting.
I'm pretty sure you'll have to put additional income (beyond the $600) towards housing if you are renting, either in Albany or in Hudson, particularly since you have children.
Hudson has a very good reputation and, while I have only visited, it certainly seems like a nice place to live. Generally speaking, however, it will be a bit more expensive than Albany. I don't have any experience with Greenport.
I think $72,000 pre-tax is a reasonable income. You won't be able to splurge on every single thing that catches your eye, but you should be able to live relatively comfortably.
