Rotterdam Drive Relocation Help/Advice
Hello,
I'm looking at buying my first home, i really like one house in Rotterdam, but the driveway goes into the middle of the back yard and has a concrete pad with a hoop.. It's actually pretty nice if you ask me, but..
My wife would like more "yard" for our newborn for when she gets older, and i was thinking "man, if that driveway was along the side of the house it would me much better..
Is it possible to..
Rip up the current driveway and replant w/ grass seed, and build a new driveway into the back of my house (i'm not good with footage) but i'm guess i just need it to be about 3 car lengths..
