Default Newcomers group Saratoga Springs
Is there any kind of newcomers group in Saratoga Springs? My wife and I have recently moved from North Carolina and would be very interested in knowing of such a group

Soon after we moved to the area, we were members of a couples meet up on Meetup.com. Actually my wife started it and since we moved away, handed it off to another person. We didn't have much luck with that group but we joined another meet up group called Beeradvocates on Meetup.com and met some really nice folks. Most of them were from the Albany area but we met a few from Saratoga Springs as well.

Have you considered volunteer work? It's a good way to meet people. We met quite a few neighbors by walking our dog.
