I think you are close to hospitals in Gloversville, Amsterdam and Little Falls. I think Little Falls is the closest of the three.

deeds, I don't know much about the town, I've only ever driven thru. Maybe if you give more details about your interest you might get more responses. Are you single? married? kids? looking for a job? a house? etc My response would depend on what you are looking for. Me personally it's a little too small town/rural for me. The town and surrounding towns have gorgeous architecture, but a lot is run down. Beautiful countryside.
