I have a nice view of the fire burning away. Every time I look it is bigger, hopefully they will get it under control soon.

I am surprised with how bad the winds have continued to be this late into the year and with how dry it is that they haven't banned them or anything.

Drove down Coors about a half hour ago and could see the embankment in flames...

Same here, I drove down Coors at about 1:30 and was shocked at how close the flames were - to me and to houses!

It's raining like crazy now, so hopefully that helps, but the wind is also up, so maybe not.
