I was curious about New Mexico's food laws and was looking into obtaining a food handler's permit. Are they required by the state? I'd be working in a bakery, but not owning it, but so far I can only find information for individuals looking to own and operate their own food service establishments. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I don't think you need one to work there, just to own one.
