Alternative Vet in Albuquerque (Santa Fe, Edgewood: hospital, home, bank)

I am sorry for my ignorance , but what is the difference between an alternative vet and a regular vet?

Hi, Maybe "alternative" is the wrong word....Perhaps "Complimentary?" I dunno, don't speak the lingo...Looking for a Vet who isn't so ready to "over vaccinate" or prescibe steroids at the drop of a hat, who practices other modes of care like homeopathy, chiropractic, etc. My Vet in Cinti maintained that over vaccinating was responsible for many of the serious illnesses, increase of cancers & other illnesses among dogs in particular, cats, too. Hope that's a bit clearer....

Oh, I see what you mean. I don't know if I can help you with that, but I really like my vet. Dr. Helper (no pun) at Northview Animal Hospital.
