Well, it's official, APD has just introduced three unmarked Hemi V8 Dodge Chargers to their fleet.

These vehicles will specifically be used for patrolling the Interstates within the Albuquerque city limits, as they can go from 0 to 60 in about 6 seconds. They can be thought as a de facto replacement for APD's aging Chevy Camaros, which I haven't seen in a very long time.

Still, it remains to be seen what will be APD's standard police vehicle once the Crown Victoria is discontinued. Maybe it could be the standard V6-powered Charger.
