Welcome! But...

"...other than the wet stuff inexplicably falling from the sky for the first two days..."

Trust me, your attitude on rainfall is going to change. Even if you hate rain, you'll soon realize the stuff is precious round' these parts.

Welcome to New Mexico!

As previously suggested I would recommend Hans Whittler Auto on Elizabeth and Central. We take both our German cars to them and they do great work and great prices and more importantly do not up-sell.

We just came back after five great days in Albuquerque. We asked lots of questions of the people we met about Albuquerque. We went to one (of the 6 dog parks) in town. Went to The Ranch (loved) and Flying Star downtown (okay). We looked at houses in the NE Heights and Rio Rancho. We went to the "Bear" Sr. Ctr. and enjoyed the friendly company of a couple our age at lunch. Since we didn't know our way around town, we used our new GPS; one of us commented that we were really glad that the GPS knew its way around town because we had no idea where we were. We drove all over. We met alot of very friendly helpful people and we both got a clearer picture of the city. We are really intriqued with the 'Burque.
