Go Big - Epcot Center of New Mexico (Space Port & Multicultural Theme) West of Volcanoes, also add Movie Studios like in Orlando that is adjacent to Epcot Center. If they can build Disneyland in France and Japan, why not New Mexico?
Make Double Eagle International Airport bigger for tourists and this will stimulate the Route 66 mini-Las Vegas Casino Corridor
I submitted the idea to the city (via there website of development ideas) and heard nothing so far, i've even done some drawings
Also a monorail to/fro Epcot Center New Mexico and Casino Corridor, monorail along I-40 to ABQ Downtown and then Uptown next then monorail to Pako Ridge and also one to Rio Rancho City Center
Next is the West Mesa Mall on the Petroglyphs and finish up Winrock and Rio Rancho Village, etc.
Think of all the jobs stimulated, tourism, perfect climate, local farm growers providing food to Epcot Center New Mexico, computer jobs, security jobs, retail jobs, casino jobs, airport jobs, cargo jobs . . . next desalination plant to support water needs
Fascinating. I'm sure with all the buckets of cash the city has after all of its staff reductions through attrition, keeping positions unfilled, and layoffs, that it could easily fund this well-drawn venture.
That's what this area needs: more security, casino, and retail jobs. And then maybe some water needs being addressed. I salute your brilliant vision for the future.

Agreed. I'm not sure why someone would think that an epcot center would go well here.
The EPCOT Center was constructed for an estimated $800,000,000 to $1,400,000,000 and took three years to build (at the time it was the largest construction project on Earth).
