Anyone know of some that are reasonalby-priced, decent places?

mmckenna is on a distinguished road
I looked all over, and am moving to Broadstone High Resort in Rio Rancho. I like that it is the only gated community in RR and new. I don't know what you consider reasonable, but rents start at around $700 for a 1 bedroom. It is also surrounded by a golf course.
