Painter and/or flooring person (house, closing, price)

We are under contract on a house that needs new flooring and paint. We will only have a little over a week between closing and move-in, so we need someone who can do the job efficiently, well and for a reasonable price. Do any of you have an amazing painter who is well priced? We had Empire flooring in Texas which offered next day service--unfortunately not available here in NM, but Lowe's and Home Depot both require several weeks to order the carpet.

I don't know how fast they can do it, but I have used Floorscapes for all my wood, carpet, and tile.
