EP is right. With the 3 shopping areas so close to each other, they bring more business by their proximity, making that part of town more of a daylong shopping event versus just a trip to the mall. Thats exactly why car dealers and furniture stores do better business when they are clumped nearby. Side benefit is also that it helps limit sprawl, reduce traffic and emissions. That type of situation would be perfect candidate for a shuttle service that travels between the different shopping areas. Those are also perfect areas for infill office, condo & apartment development nearby that help build walkable communities.

Correct buddy! thats why ABQ uptown (hunt properties) is building condos and apartments next door to its out door mall, pretty smart idea.. like i told EnjoyEP one the uptown area is finnished, its going to be so freakin exciting!! and same for the unser outdoor mall, walking distance to the 12,000 residences on the west side area along unser... i tell ya 3 outdoor malls in albuquerque all getting bult at the same time is outrageous haha

Woah! What? Slow down and compose your thoughts. Then rewrite. I can't understand what you are trying to say here. Punctuation might help.

Another new store is on its way to ABQ and it just so happens to be one of my favorites, the Dallas Cowboys Pro Shop will be opening at Cottonwood. I know this isn't as exciting as the others I report, but I'm pumped none the less!!!!!!!!!!!!
