Nice I will be out visiting next weekend. I am staying just west of Nob Hill and will def. venture that way and check it out. Does anyone know of any good rental management companies? Thanks again.

Why's everyone steering bwburbank to the Nob Hill/University area? Maybe he'd like a quieter or greener area. With a budget of $1200/mo he could live just about anywhere, and he's got a car...

So, my friend. What kind of place are you looking for? House/apartment? Yard? Tree lined streets? Bike trails?

I haven't steered him anywhere. But in his Original Post he stated:

I want to live in a nice area (able to walk around late at night safely)
So Seyorni, what's your recommendation?

In addition, I will more than likely be attending UNM. That being said, the Nob Hill/Uptown area would be best for commute to work/school.
