BBQ supplies (Albuquerque, Belen: to buy, law, bars)

Can anybody recommend where I can go to buy supplies to build an outdoor BBQ? Mostly I am looking for cast iron grates and perhaps iron bars to make asador. I am also looking to buy whole lamb, pig, or goat ... can anybody recommend where in ABQ would be good to buy this?

This sounds like something one might find at the Albuquerque Flea Market (State fairgrounds Sat & Sun except during State Fair time).

A cooking expo like they hold at the fairgrounds once or twice a year might also be a fertile place to look.

If you're looking more for cheap stock and less for kits, can try Koenig's metal yard on Zuni.

Cast Iron grates? I would find a source before building.

Iron bars, grills? Check with the local scrap yards. Check these people out, maybe call them: AllParts Grills, Grill Parts, Gas grill parts, barbecue parts

There are plenty of metal fabricators around. My son in law was one, but he now drives a backhoe. You might want to have an idea of the size of grill.
