Well, I've been living in Germany for the last 3 years (with 2 more to go) and when I do return to the US, looks like I will be working in Colorado.

So, I have decided it's time to pass on mi casa in ABQ to someone who will enjoy and appreciate it as much as I did. I really enjoyed being able to ride my bike to my old office on the west end of Kirtland AFB - always a tailwind in the morning and a tailwind in the afternoon.
