Default Theta apartments?

Does anyone know if the Theta apartments at 3900 Tulane are any good? The floorplans look good, but I don't know about the location. It's near Carlisle and Comanche, across from a TV station. I'd be moving there with my 19 year old son. We'll be new to ABQ, and need a large enough place to give us each privacy. At $625 the price seems good, too (but I'm comparing to southern CA!) Thanks.

The location is decent and close to a lot of stuff, but the
price sounds low for what you are looking for in a flat.

It would be best to spring for a hotel for a couple of days and look
around to see what is convenient for you and looks OK to you.

That is an average area of town, the apartments I know of in that area do not appear to be all that nice but looks can be deceiving. The area centrally located and close to great shopping and easy access to both I-40 and I-25.

I use to live two blocks over at Lafayette Square Apartments back in 2001. Not really a bad neighborhood for crime, but it is a cheap, trashy area with minor gangsa-wannabe issues.

Apartment Ratings For Lafayette Square Apartments

LOL. Good prices, though.

I live at the theta apts now and I regret it just because of the neighbors near us. Loud parties all night long and they chain smoke and it comes up into our apt and we've complained numerous times and ....nothing, so were moving when lease is up!!!
