Not here as that doesn't apply according to the Ordinance. Many people let their teens borrow the car and they got caught on camera and yet the parents/owner had to pay or they will confuscate your vehicle under the nuisance ordinance.

[ you say t-bone accidents have gone down is that because drivers aren't running red lights anymore , and you say rear end collisions have increased is that because people aren't running red lights anymore and stopping at a red light, but the tailgaters are not paying attention i think you answered your own questions

I know what your trying to get at but....they sold it to us that TOTAL accidents would go down at intersections and alot of them have actually Gone Up (city own numbers). Anyway we live up here and the Mayor is Yanking them out as he admits they were wrong! But hey since you love these then put them on every intersection where you at if that will make you feel safer. Also ''Red Flex'' (camera owners) say they have the technology to install on evey stop sign and every street corner so you if you want these then petition your mayor (Cook) in El Paso and see if he'll do it.....

Dwi Mug shots are displayed weekly on the Newspaper here as that was approved by the state Legislature. I'm sure there are a few who are embarrased to see their mug shots on the saturday morning paper. Also their vehicles are confiscated here in ABQ so that has helped but yeah its still a terrible problem up here.....
