I lived in Albuquerque almost 20 years ago. There was a tiny to go only pizza place just off of Central and the river, I think, I don't remember the name. The pizza maker guy (maybe the owner) was one armed. I used to get a pizza there called Billy the Kid. It had (if I remember right) Chicken, green chile, pine nuts and gorgonzola cheese. I don't remember if it had a tomato sauce but I don't think so. I'm trying to recreate it at home. If anybody could help me remember what all was on that pie I'd appreciate it. That was the best pizza. TIA! P.S. I've tried a Yelp search but I don't think they are in business anymore or anyway I couldn't find them.
