As a resident of Enchanted Hills area, I am thankful to see the area finally developing. TJ Maxx, Bed, Bath and Beyond and maybe Michaels? Perfect! Our own little Cottonwood area. Now we need some decent dining on this area of town.

And a Chili's restaurant! Not exactly fine dining but definitely a step up from all the fast food places in this area.

I second everything you just said. I live very close to there and I hate having to go so far to find a decent restuarant. I'd love to see a more department-ish store around here.

In addition to the one in town, there are two more right over the Rio Rancho city borders (in Albuquerque and Bernalillo respectively) that cater largely to RR folk.
