Look at the bottom of this page, there should be about four links on the Cabezon housing area. I am familiar with the area, but is has not gotten my "walk the dogs through the area" yet...

The one thing to keep in mind ( and I did not check their website ) is the construction of the new Pres Hospital directly adjacent to the development. What will that do to noise/traffic/crime, etc. Will it have a negative or positive ( hey, I'm close to a hospital ! )

Wow I forgot how immature I use to be. =) I guess nothing much to report on. I will be visiting this area when I come out in March. Something tells me I will not be disappointed.

Like Karmathecat said, the new hospital (On the SouthWest corner of the development) and also a new theater is planned in that are (and other stuff I forgot).

Based on what I have heard, Cabezon is a nice area. It took a long time to get the development approved (10+ years?)

I assume the construction directly across from the hospital site is the theatre/shopping/Uptownesque place.....nice for us being one mile away so if there are any negatives to the hospital's proximity to homes, we won't feel them.

Yes, the construction directly across from the hospital is that shopping mall, or whatever. I put the news article down, and well, it's gone. My memories gone etc. I was going to try and take some photo's of the area, maybe this week.
