Motorcycle noise complaints (house, neighborhood, license plate)

I seem to have an issue with loud motorcycles driving on my street, at all hours. Yesterday, got stuck behind a pair doing wheelies and neither even had a license plate.

Naturally, sleep quality in the house has suffered for even the little ones.

Does APD care, and are they likely to do anything about this problem if it's brought to their attention?

Figure out what time they usually come by and see if the local authorities will chill there for a little bit during that time!
