I love those photos CCrosby...especially the snow photos!!! I am assuming that those snow photos were largely from the Great Snowfall of December 06?

My favorite snow photo is the one - your fourth from the top - with the Sandias in the background. Is that in the complex by El Sabor De Juarez off of Gibson?

Great stuff!

Went down to Albuquerque/Santa Fe with my family for a weekend getaway. Here's a bunch of pictures of ordinary places around town. In addition to these, I'll be posting some to the NM, SF, and CO forums. Enjoy!

Vegaspilgram - excellent shots, you represented some areas very well. Did you happen to head to Downtown, Nob Hill, or Uptown. Next time try and get some shots of the river valley and city from the Westside. Are you still considering a move to the Duke City?

I did... went to all of those places-- but it was at night and I didn't have my camera on me at the time. Also I took pictures of some of those areas in my photo tour last year: vegaspilgrim goes to Albuquerque. Nob Hill on a Saturday night was awesome! It's better than any street in Denver or Phoenix IMO. The closest thing it compares to is LA's Melrose Ave, but Nob Hill is so much more down to earth, just ordinary people going out and having fun, not over the top pretentious with putting on an image of being cool/retro. Kelly's is an AWESOME late night hangout spot!

I graduated two months ago... looking for a job to start my career. I would absolutely LOVE to move to Albuquerque. However, I haven't had any luck so far with my job search. I have a sneaking suspicion that I may have to end up moving back to LA and go to my school's on-campus recruiting again just to get my career started... which would be a crying shame because ABQ would be 100x better of a place to live. I just need someone to give me a chance.
