I got that plate by chance only 1-2 days after they first became available in 1999. It still looks new today.

The Gregg "Nigel" Benner Memorial Car Show was held on Saturday, May 30th, 2015 to benefit Gregg Benner's family.
The community came together to support the family of slain Rio Rancho Police Officer Benner. Cars, trucks, hot
rods, low riders, motorcycles and classic cars were at the event. Hundreds of people, including police officers who
wanted to show support for Benner's family attended. The event was held at the old K-mart parking lot, Highway
528 and Sara Boulevard, Rio Rancho, New Mexico:
