moving to alb with teenagers...need school advise? (Albuquerque: middle school, outdoor)

Hi we're moving to alb with a middle schooler and a high schooler from el paso tx. I'd like to get some advise about public and private schools. This is the only thing we're concerned about. I love the feeling and the light in alb. We're creative and an outdoors kinda family.
