Default Albuquerque Real Estate Rated Well for 2007

Recently (this week) there was an article in Fortune that rated the best places to own real estate and Albuquerque comes in at #3 on the list nationally with a projected increase in 2007 of 5.9% and .6% in 2008. So for those thinking of selling end of 2007 or early 2008 that is a good thing.

Median house price is $179,620. I personally think that is a bit low considering what I've seen in the last couple of years since I've been here.

You can see the top 10 list here: http://money.cnn.com/2006/12/20/maga...ion=2006122106

We are up 10% +/- from last year so I tend to agree. However the Market has slowed just a bit

Great news. I just may be looking to sell my home in 2007, and this certainly is a hearting list for that!
