Default NAA area that is most family friendly

Can anyone give me specific info about which neighborhoods in NAA are most family friendly? I am looking for an area that really feels like a neighborhood. I prefer not to be in an area with a covenant.

Then perhaps you don't want to be in North Albuquerque Acres and you should just focus on the Far North East Heights and Sandia Heights areas (both Juxtapose or circumscribed to NAA). Almost all of the "neighborhoods" that are true residential neighborhoods are family friendly. There are some older homes right next to Desert Ridge M.S. and La Cueva that have some good family ties. There are some areas around Holbrook and Paseo, Ventura and Paseo, Barstow and Paseo that are nice. Quintessence is a nice hood. Just browse around.
