Route 66 and Paul McCartney
I just read on the Macca Report that Paul McCartney and his girlfriend are living a life-long dream of driving Old Route 66 from Chicago to Los Angeles. They were spotted last weekend in Springfield, Ill. and intend to do the whole route! So keep your eyes open, if you see someone who looks like Paul McCartney at a Circle K on Central or in Old Town in the next week or two, that is Paul!

This is absolutley a wonderful story! I hope that there are some stories of sightings in Albuquerque soon! He was just sighted in Oklahoma a couple of nights ago, so he should be getting into Albuquerque SOON!!!! |

Local news in Amarillo reported him at the Ambassador Hotel there on Wednesday, so I bet McCartney is in Albuquerque as we write, meaning Friday/Saturday.

I read on the Paul McCartney fan page that McCartney was in Santa Fe on Friday, at the Georgia O'Keefe Art Gallery and also at the Loretto chapel and Inn at Loretto. Cool!! He must have been in Albuquerque Saturday or so!

That guy's like the stealth! I'm keeping my Hofner Bass and Flaming Pie LP with me at all times in case he decides to drop nearby! He's headed to santa Monice, CA. I'm hoping that him and Nancy decide to truck back through here in their 89 Bronco =0)
