Furniture Row (Las Cruces, Alamogordo, Alamo: living, prices, moving to)

Has anybody here ordered anything from furniture row? Do they have good customer service, good prices? How long did it take them to get furniture shipped out to you?

We've gotten a few things from them, but went there to order. I highly recommend working with Jason in Oak Express and Ernesto or Bryan in Sofa Mart. The rest just seem like jerks. On the back ordered stuff (though I swear they say everything is) it took about 5 weeks. For the most part, we're pretty happy, but we did have to decline delivery on our TV stand twice before an acceptable one arrived.

I ordered and paid for my living room furniture from Furniture Row/Sofa Mart in Midland, TX, before moving to NM. They agreed to hold my stuff at the Las Cruces warehouse until I got moved. I ordered in June; they delivered in August 2007 here to Alamogordo.

They not only held it for nearly three months, but the delivery guys arrived within the time frame! They were courteous and professional all the way in both stores. They were also good in Odessa....so I'd go back to them anywhere, since I've had such good luck with them.
