Default Ladera Vista Apartements?

I was directed to this complex while visiting a rental website. Does anyone have any experiance with this property? It is pet friendly, and I believe on the NW side of town. If nobody knows about the property, can anyone tell me about the immediate area around the complex (walking/running, safety, shopping, access to interstate, drive times)? When we visited in August we focused most of our attention on the NE and thought we had a lease, but it fell through - and no I feel we are going to have to settle for at least six months.

Thanks!

Nick

They have a website - did you see it? Pet deposit is $300 per apt with $150 of that being non-refundable. Also an additional $15 per pet per month.

How come you couldn't find an apartment in the NE if that is where you wanted to be?

We searched up there, but were not allowed to move in with our dog because of his size. If anyone has recommendations or first hand knowledge of any places that accept dogs of this size please let me know.
