My wife and I usually go to Las Vegas, NM to chop down the family Christmas Tree. However, this year we are interested in going to Grants (Mt. Taylor). Has anyone been out that way on their tree-trek?

Oh, no! Is it that time of year already?

How about at least a good week of Thanksgiving first?

Well... we have to plan far in advance because of our impending move. Otherwise I'd back-off a bit.

We went to Magdalena last year and had real difficulty finding a tree. Should've gone to Mt.Taylor.
