Lightbulb Christmas lights

Hey everyone! I want to spend some time looking at Christmas lights on display. I know about the River Of Lights. What is the crowd and parking usually like there the few weeks before Christmas? Anywhere else in the city that is worth taking a gander at? Any blocks or neighborhoods with the houses all lit up?

Thanks.

Well... driving through Ridgecrest to see all the Luminarias is a favorite for my family. I also think that the Menaul School is hosting a light show of sorts (in honor of the Bugg family).

We went tonight and it was quiet, no crowds, no lines for parking just in and out. I would recommend going sooner than later because it changes fast.

There is also the lights in old town and the luminaries in Ridgecrest which I think is on Christmas Eve.

I would like to know this also, I dont see too many neighborhoods decorated.

Is there certain neighborhoods that go all out and decorate, I've seen it in other towns in NM but not here yet.

In Espanola, Martinez Lane is famous for christmas lights. Every house on Martinez lane has christmas lights..not just ordinary plain ones.. they go all out and crazy.. Everyone always passes threw the neighborhood to see the display.
