lol... yeah, I guess I'll be a newbie huh.

I don't think we'll need much help. We live pretty modestly (one love-seat, one TV, one kitchen table... etc.), lots of compact furniture. Right now we have 650 sq.ft., we're bumping-up to 1300.

We had trouble with apartment complexes because they are already operating at 95%+ in ABQ. We were very fortunate to find a little rental home. I think it's a sign.
