Hey Rybert, if you have a chance, you might also check out Cake Fetish on Louisiana NE, just north of Menaul. A few doors down from Catherine's and Merle Norman. They make the best cupcakes in town, hands down. Flavors change daily.

Hmmm.... after taking y'all's advice on restaurants while we were in NM and what i'm reading since we've been back..... it's a dang good thing i'll be able to breathe normally there. If I don't do something to combat the pounds i'm likely to put on, i'm done for! lol

Ok... I'm in town ironing my shirts, revisiting the "How to Tie a Full-Windsor Knot" websites. Portfolio in hand... cheesy smile. Ready for the interviews. Monday + Tuesday are going to be soooo loong.

News:
First Interview- Postponed until December 22nd.
Second Interview- They said "we'll probably hire you... wait for our call in a few days."
Thank God! Thank you all for your well wishes and support... I also took a bunch of photos of the rental house.
