Default Potted Christmas Trees - to be planted outdoors later

Does anyone know if any of the nurseries sell Pines for Christmas that can be outdoor planted later on (that do well in our climate)?

If we don't go cut or dig up and pot our own tree, that is our next best option.

Anything evergreen, with the ability to decorate, in a 5 gal bucket, or with a rootball we could pot indoors for a time, would be ideal.

Thanks.

Useless info I know but my parents do that back in England, they have a tree they bought and then planted outside after Christmas so they can re use it this year.

I think I saw plantable tree's at Lowes or Home Depot last year but I am not sure on the availability this year.

The problem with getting a live tree and replanting it is that the tree is indoors in "warm weather" in its otherwise dormant period. Transplanting from a warm house to the cold outdoors is quite a shock to the tree, although it can be done successfully. Some nurseries sell pinons and junipers to serve as Christmas trees and then later as landscaping.
