Arrow No Real Estate Traffic In Los Lunas

There is no real estate traffic in Los Lunas. My home is for sale for 275,000. Built April 2007 on a premium lot, I paid 302,000 and put 10,000 in the backyard. I'm including window treatments, 2 refrigerators, the washer, the dryer and the gas grill on the flagstone patio. It is listed on MANY websites and still no traffic. Anyone else experiencing this?

I thought that too.

I thought the market for Los Lunas was for people who wanted lower mortgage payments yet still within commuting distance of Albuquerque.

For $275k in this market you can get quite a home here in Albuquerque.
