Default San Juan-Chama Water

El Paso/Las Cruces News, Weather, Sports and Entertainment - KDBC 4 - We are CBS! | Albuquerque taps river for drinking water

"The first drops of purified river water will soon be on their way to taps throughout New Mexico's largest metropolitan area."

You know this has to be making a lot of people South of ABQ pretty angry. Is too bad so sad an appropriate phrase? Probably not.

I have yet to check out the tap water today. I've been drinking beer.

I'm afraid. I consider Albuqerque to have very good water. River water is the poorest source short of pond water.

Yay, haha i actually dont think people care much, this city takes the craziest steps to save water, but its a nice way to steal the water from the farms in the south..they just have to hope for a good monsoon.
