They may have the proper equiptment to take care of the streets and school grounds, but that doesn't mean Rio Rancho itself can or will clear all the streets. And, it's obvious, they don't.
Of course I'm more concerned about my children's education <Mod cut: orphaned>

The newspeople asked someone in RR why the roads were in such bad shape. This person's reply was that the trucks were busy helping keep I25 clear.
I know when my husband went to work that a.m. that 528 was a bottle, but a few hours later it was fine.
We are very used to driving in snow. Out here, the snow melts. Back where we came from, it stayed on the ground from Nov. to April.

Of course I'm more concerned about my children's education and I don't appreciate your comments assuming otherwise. Of course, MY children would be fine, but my children aren't your concern.

<Mod cut: personal attack> Anyways, most streets get cleaned.. <Mod cut: personal attack>, i dont know if anyone knows of the winters of 85-95 but they were bad for albuquerque.. and supprisingly looking back at how small albuquerque was and how little it had we still had school and things were delt with more proper.

Big time mod warning here

<MOD MESSAGE:
OK, of course I am tempted to lock this thread as a kind poster here brought my attention to it and I was then having to cut so many posts here.
Look, I know things can get heated here, and things can get back-and-forth, but it needs to please stop now. No more name calling, no more baiting, no more responding to insults, hey - no more insults!
Due to abqsunport's, I think, rather valid request to keep the thread open, I have just deleted threads galore and we'll keep this open - for now. However, not more arguing back-and-forth unless it is a) on topic, b) non-insulting and civil, c) does not brandish people with name calling, and d) is debate-focused ONLY.
THANKS...in advance for your cooperation.
