Can someone recommend a good real estate agent in Abq?
Preferably someone who knows the NE area well, and who is willing to deal with foreclosures...

I was going to say look for the posters with the little [House thingie]
next to their name.

You can peruse their posts to see if they seem level-headed to you.

Berncohomes has fit in with this forum quite nicely over the time

We worked with a great agent last year, Michelle Mathias @ Premier GMAC on Paeo. Shes been an agent for I think at least 16+ years in Abq and really worked hard to help us make a good and confident decision. Shes also fun and has a terrific personality!
