Oh, come on, who says Del Frisco's is one of Houston's "top restaurants"? Good grief, it's a chain steakhouse imported from NYC. You might argue that it's one of Houston's top steakhouses, but certainly not one of the top restaurants. Oceanaire? Another chain - worse, a seafood chain from Minneapolis? Who's dragging you to these ridiculous places?

But we probably should try to stay on-topic and leave Houston out of this ... doubt it really interests anybody but me & thee!

Houston exists solely on chain restaurants.

I worked in the Galleria area, I was subject to these restaurants.
