Fred Waterknobby is on a distinguished road
Default Estancia Estates

I inherited a lot in Estancia Estates. (Torrance County, NM) I know it is very valuable because I pay $7 a year taxes on it. Can any one give me a spot LAT-LONG so I can Google Earth and see my prize?

Are you maybe talking about the Estancia Valley Ranchettes off of exit 203 on I-40?

If so, just google earth Moriarty, NM, then go east a little bit and you will see a subdivision looking area with dirt roads plowed out.

As I am sure you may know, that land is fairly useless. Unless you have adjoining lots, you can't dig a septic and I think the water is saline and brackish if you try to dig a well.

Of course, if I am incorrect in what land you have, it might be better than that.

Land taxes are super cheap here too, so $7/yr might actually represent something not all that bad.

Well, I went to High School in Moriarty, NM (15min North of Estancia, NM).

I assume Estancia Estates is in Estancia, NM.
