We're #10 on the list of cities with stable or RISING pay rates, and it's NOT due to low paying job cuts/layoffs:

* Moriarty

You forgot South Valley and the North Valley.
If South Valley was a city it would be the 3rd largest, after losing its spot as 2nd most populus. RIo Rancho passed it, and is now on its way to almost 90,000...
Las Cruces will soon also lose its spot as NM's 2nd City if it doesnt start growing and building faster.
