I beg to differ. That area is not a good area (south side of I-40). Also, there had been numerous robberies in the area which was why 30 police officers responded fairly quickly. They were patrolling the area in the event of another possible robbery. |

These guys being MS13 gang members and Albuquerque being a sanctuary city are going to be important parts to this story. It is a very local issue.

I second the three strikes you're out. And if there were enough witnesses that can verify the trigger pullers, I say automatic out. States have got to get tougher on crime, especially homicides, and taxpayers should not foot the bill to take care of murderers with life sentences. BS to this political correctness and rehab for murderers....Off with their heads!
Whew...now I can take a breath!
