Right, because before the death penalty was repealed, there was no gang activity. And states that have the death penalty...like California, Arizona, Texas, Florida...they have absolutely no gang members residing in them, or commiting crimes punishable by the death penalty in them.

Texas has the death penalty and it is a murder-free paradise!

(Or not.)

yeah but if we had the death penalty and actually executed people then society would be better off.

We need Texas style laws here.

Not where I'm at (Colorado). The small local paper had a story on it. The Denver Post story was about half a page worth on it, and tv stations around the state reported on it.

Texas is stupid. We dont follow that state at all. I'd rather follow Nevada or Utah for that matter.

I'm so outraged by that DWI accident in Santa Fe on the Old Las Vegas frontage road. 4 Teens were killed and one was injured while the intoxicated man was driving on the wrong side of the road.. I dont even know them and I almost wanted to cry. I must admitt, we are still weak on DWI laws, I think that man honestly deserves the death penalty.

I admit I do drink, just not on the road. You have to be sick in the head to do something like that.
