I wonder if anyone has managed to scare up plans or renderings or drawings of the new location- I especially like multistory D&B's versus the ranch-style one might find in Phoenix or Tempe.
Winrock Town Center’s redevelopment groundbreaking has been scheduled for today, 10:30 a.m. May 11, 2011. Construction on Winrock’s first phase will include the cinema and three new restaurants: Dave & Buster’s, Genghis Grill and BJ’s Restaurant & Brewery. The Winrock Inn will be demolished. Dave & Buster’s will build 24,600 square feet on the north side of the site which is among the biggest restaurants anywhere in the state.

It was very expensive though. $100.00 will barely get the ball rolling at D&B's. Also Dave & Busters has very strict policies regarding people under the age of 18. Their policy requires under 18's to be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 25 and all under 18's must leave by 10 p.m. unless they're eating a meal. Then they must leave by 11 p.m.

Good luck.......
Oak Hill Capital Partners out of New York owns Dave $ Busters. FYI
Who needs dave and busters ( chuck e cheeze for adults) when their is casinos (chuck e cheeze for adults) all over ?
Huge distinction. Here are several reasons:
D&B doesn't allow smoking. Casinos encourage it.
I can have a glass of beer while I play Skee-ball. I don't think NM casinos allow alcohol on the gaming floor, period.
Different class of clientele. Less than half the patrons at a D&B are over 50.
D&B isn't "20 minutes from anywhere".
The atmosphere of "get fat, get happy, have a great time" beats "get the rent money back" or "someday I'll hit the progressive" or "my social security check doesn't go as far as it used to".
No matter how stupid you are, you can't drop more than $200 in an hour unless you're really trying.

I think Casinos and DB are the same for that matter, but casinos are catered more to the Grown up "grown ups" I see DB's as more of a place that caters to adults who still haven't "grown up" the things inside that place is childish, if someone wants to do all what DB's has to do, why not just go to Chuck E Cheeze or Peter Pipers? What's the difference? You don't get beer? Also Casinos do cater to those who don't smoke, I'm not sure what casinos you have been going to but their is plenty of non smoking areas. I think DB would do ok in Albuquerque, but I don't see it really being anything great, I think it's all hype to be honest.
