Loma Colorado Park is located in Rio Rancho. It is not related to Albuquerque, they are not even in the same county...

They have a pretty good event, musical entertainment, activities for children and food available.

I don't believe you can tailgate. You have to park at the High School and take a bus to the park, or you can walk it...

There appear to be some people tailgating in various locations....
